Holidays at Casita Katie: A 3 bedroomed Holiday Cottage with private swimming pool . . . .

This very pretty holiday cottage with cobbled courtyard & barbecue area is set in the midst of approx. 2,000 sq mts of orchard & grounds . A large private swimming pool is located in the midst of the small orchard which is separated from the accommodation by a fence & gate. The situation is highly recommended for a family with very young children as the property is also completely enclosed by wall and fencing.
Double driveway gates open into a cobbled parking area leading down through the carport to the courtyard and barbecue area. The driveway is lined with many types of shrubs. A small orchard area with lawn contains the swimming pool 8.50 mts by 3.5 mts . The whole of the property has been very well planned to offer a good holiday home and lots of outdoor interest.
This period granite cottage dating from 1734, offers two double Bedrooms, one single Bedroom with bunks , Bathroom , Diner / Lounge with fireplace, Kitchenette. Property will sleep 6. The grounds offer lots of space around you & ease of parking.

Natural charm oozes from the local inhabitants that reside in this nationally protected area of "Corne no Bico". Magnificent views roll out over the adjoining hillside and there are plenty of easy walks to enjoy as a family. Within the area there are picnic barbecue spots adjoining mountain river beaches that offer bathing and activities for the children.A village shop for provisions at 5 mins walk. The rural town of Paredes de Coura is just 10 mins drive. Ponte de Lima 20 mins drive. The motorway to Porto airport and the north is just a 15 mins drive. Porto 60 mins. Beaches 45 mins.
