Approximately 30 years old, and of granite footings, this property stands alone on a very quiet country lane . It is set amidst a backdrop of pine, with superb views to the surrounding foothills, and to the front it is surrounded by vineyard. It is set away from other properties, but not isolated. There is a small hamlet at just 5 mins walk and a market town at just 15 mins drive.

The level grounds are completely walled or fenced and contain an amazing amount of fruit production. As well as a sizeable area of Alvarinho vine , there are orange , lemon , apple , marmello quince , tangerine , peach , nispero .

In the hills above there is an abundance of walking area with some of the tracks marked for experienced hikers. The area is an explorers paradise , with crystal clear streams and many secluded picnic areas. You do not have to be a hiker to reach the summit , as several of the mountain peaks have vehicular access on well constructed cobbled roads. You will find picnic areas with huge granite tables and benches, fresh water tumbling from the rock faces and set under rock outcrops are the granite barbecue areas. Take your own goodies , set yourself down , and enjoy !!
