The fields below the property lend themselves to deer or equestrian use, and it is thought that the "whole" would lend itself to a retreat or craft centre. A quality vine plantation (government subsidised) of 7.000 sq. mts was approved in 2005 . Any of the existing properties may be enlarged by application to the local council who are more than eager to generate more tourism into the area.
Present holiday letting terms are full payment 60 days before holiday, keys in the hand on arrival, self catering basis. The option of prepared meals to order would undoubtedly be a further venture.
Many return bookings, majority of clientele are British.
The properties are cleaned at the exit of the holidaymaker. Included within the sale price is all of the furniture, bedding, machinery, etc .......to take~over and continue the existing tourism business.
